Learning Resources
Section titled “Learning Resources”Quick Reference - Need a refresher? Follow the simple Q&A below.
What is the Agent Playground?
Section titled “What is the Agent Playground?”After selecting an agent you will be brought to the playground. This lets you quickly test the agent’s flow from a customer’s standpoint. Start the conversation by responding to an example opening message.
How do I test my agent?
Section titled “How do I test my agent?”When testing, imagine you just received the message that would be sent to the customer for this lead source.
Example opening message the client would receive (Paid Lead Agent):
“Hey Sam, this is Wes with Canada Drives. We just got your application for a new truck and would love to start showing you some options as soon as possible. Did you have a specific year, make, and model in mind?”
In the playground, respond like a customer would. Example chat input:
“Yeah, I want a 2025 Dodge Ram 1500.”
This will kick off the agent’s conversation flow so you can test the flow, objections, and FAQ responses.
What should I test for?
Section titled “What should I test for?”Different customer types:
- Friendly customers who are ready to buy
- Skeptical customers who have concerns
- Price-focused customers asking “what’s the best deal?”
- Urgent customers who “need a car this weekend”
What common objections should I test?
Section titled “What common objections should I test?”- “What’s my interest rate going to be?”
- “I need to think about it”
- “That’s too expensive”
- “What’s my trade worth?”
- “I want to shop around first”
How do I know if my agent is working well?
Section titled “How do I know if my agent is working well?”Quick checklist:
- Agent sounds like a real person
- Responses actually help the customer
- Agent tries to book appointments when appropriate
- Agent handles objections without being pushy
- Agent gives accurate information
What if my agent isn’t working right?
Section titled “What if my agent isn’t working right?”If your agent gives bad responses or doesn’t handle objections well, go back to Editing Agents to fix the responses. Test again until it works the way you want.
When is my agent ready for real customers?
Section titled “When is my agent ready for real customers?”Once your agent handles different customer types and objections well in the playground, you can start using it with real customers. Just keep an eye on the first few conversations to make sure everything works as expected.
The playground is where you make sure your agent will help customers instead of confusing them. Take your time testing different scenarios before going live.
