Automations Overview
Automations are event-based internal triggers that automate actions at specific pipeline stages, helping you streamline your workflow from first lead response through credit permission and appointment booking.
What are Automations?
Section titled “What are Automations?”Automations monitor conversations and automatically trigger actions when specific conditions are met. They can move contacts through your pipeline, turn Auto Pilot on or off, and perform other actions based on customer responses or agent messages.
When to Use Automations
