First Login & Setup Guide

Welcome to Automotive AI!

This guide will walk you through your first login and initial setup to get you up and running quickly and ensure all necessary features are in place.

Step 1: Accessing the Platform

URL: https://app.automotiveai.ca/signin

• Open your web browser and navigate to the sign-in page.
• Bookmark this URL for future access.

Step 2: Enter Login Credentials

• Enter your email and password.
• Click “Sign In” to access your account.
• If you don’t have credentials, contact your account manager.

Step 3: Choose Your Theme

• Select Light Mode or Dark Mode based on your preference.
• This setting can be changed later in your preferences.

Step 4: Set AI Persona Settings

• Navigate to the Settings section.
• Enter your Persona Settings to personalize your experience.
• Configure your AI Agent information and preferences.

Step 5: Import Applicable Agents

Note: Your account manager may have already imported these for you.

Automotive Agents to Import:

1. AAI Certified Cold SMS Agents
2. AAI Certified Paid Lead Agent
3. AAI Certified Co-App Agent

Step 6: Import All Automations Available

• Import all available automation workflows.

Ensure Automations Are Configured & Turned On

• Verify each automation is properly set up for your dealership

Step 7: Import All SMS Templates

Note: Your account manager may have already imported & configured these for you.

Instructions:

• Import all available SMS message templates
• Review and customize templates as needed for your business

Step 8: Import All Campaign Templates

Note: Your account manager may have already imported these for you.

Instructions:

• Import all available marketing campaign templates
• Review campaign structures and customize as needed
