Pipelines Overview
Purpose: Source of truth for pipeline management in the system.
Explanation: Use Pipelines to organize, track, and manage deal stages; view and manage your sales funnel effectively.
When to use: Manage deal stages, track progress, and organize your sales pipeline.
Prerequisites: Proper role permissions to access pipeline management features.
Quick start
Section titled “Quick start”- Search deals in your pipeline
- Filter and organize by stages
- Edit pipeline stages as needed
- Add notes and fields to deal cards
- Run bulk actions on selected deals
Actions
Section titled “Actions”-
Use search and filters to find specific deals in your pipeline.

Common issues + fixes
Section titled “Common issues + fixes”- Pipeline stages not updating → check permissions and refresh the page.
- Deal cards not showing all fields → verify field configuration in settings.
- Bulk actions not working → ensure deals are selected before running actions.
- Search not finding deals → check spelling and use appropriate filters.
