Pipelines Overview

Purpose: Source of truth for pipeline management in the system.

Explanation: Use Pipelines to organize, track, and manage deal stages; view and manage your sales funnel effectively.

When to use: Manage deal stages, track progress, and organize your sales pipeline.

Prerequisites: Proper role permissions to access pipeline management features.

  1. Search deals in your pipeline
  1. Filter and organize by stages
  1. Edit pipeline stages as needed
  1. Add notes and fields to deal cards
  1. Run bulk actions on selected deals
  1. Use search and filters to find specific deals in your pipeline.

  2. Edit pipeline stages to match your sales process and workflow.

  3. Add notes to deal cards for important information and follow-ups.

  4. Add custom fields to deal cards to capture relevant data.

  5. Hide or view stages to focus on specific parts of your pipeline.

  6. Run bulk actions to manage multiple deals efficiently.
